Ticket System

Please let us know your question via our ticket system.
After you've sent in a ticket, we'll inform you as soon as your case is processed. In addition, you'll receive a link to inform you about the current processing status of your service case at any time.

If your product is required, please use our RMA form. You will soon receive an e-mail with your RMA number. We need this in order to be able to assign your service case quickly and to ensure fast processing.
