Please let us know your question via our ticket system.
After you've sent in a ticket, we'll inform you as soon as your case is processed. In addition, you'll receive a link to inform you about the current processing status of your service case at any time.

Guarantee claim

Should a return of your product be required, please use our RMA form. You will soon receive an e-mail with your RMA number. We need this in order to be able to assign your service case quickly and to ensure fast processing.
